how do you stay focused?
when I have my mind set on something, I abandon everything to attain my goal. What do you guys do to stay focused? I for one noticed that if I abstain from sex, I think less and less about it and more and more about my goal. What do you do? tips and tricks to make things go smoother?
Very good question bro... I have had the same tendency just a year ago.. where my goal is one thing, everything else drops to second... worst being if i have problems reaching my goal, than i go nowhere, cause i'm waiting for something to happen, but its not happening, and everything else is on hold also, meaning i'm actually going backwards, causing going nowhere is losing out. ----------- The one thing i found out that fixed all that, is to make the little things a HABIT.. when i forced myself to make my bed when i got up. When i actually started putting clothes in my closet and not throwing them all over the floor and leaving them, when i actually started using the hamper, and had a laudry day picked out for me, and doing them, making sure I always have something clean to wear, when i started washing my dishes, and cleaning up any kitchen ware i used to make it with, started vacumming the place atleast once a month, when i started to really pay attention to my living space. its seem like those things which i completely did, just to add more VALUE to myself for the opposite sex lol, which i quickly learned hey, this is pretty good for myself cause it made me feel actually cooler, cause i started getting compliments about myplace, instead of having to make up excuses about why i was lazy that it got so bad lol anways.....it seems putting those things under the "HABIT" category..,. opened up the door.. for me to be able to MULTITASK.. and not just focus on one goal.. because having those things always done, suddenly left alot of time to pursue my goal, and whatever else, cause i needed other stuff to keep my time occupied... very strange bro, but if u're a lazy mess, like i was, might be just the thing. the main thing is to maintain cleansingness and keeping it top notch, which will mean 15min a day, spaced out throught the day.. than u have the rest of the day, to worry about all the other things.. Once u lose the maintance of it, and it starts to fall apart on you, u're done LOL

If you want something bad enough the focus will fall right into place without you having to try. Gains in the gym are my goal. I live day to day only to make those goals...so it is almost subconsious. FOX
ive never really set many goals. maybe i should start.. yes, that is my first goal- to make a goal.. lol
