Gains in mass? Couldn't say exactly how much slin is responsible since I always use with other stuff too.
I have noticed that I tend to lose fat when I use slin though.
And muscles definitely seem fuller/more pumped when using.
I'd usually run for 10-12 weeks with a cycle, then take a break. Sometimes I use several times a day. Sometimes I just use post-workout.
