What would be the blood pressure medicine of choice for a steroid user with sleep apnea problems ?
I need to recommend something to my cardiologist and don't want any sluggish feeling,cns shutdown or energy drops.
A ny potential benefits might help there too...

A bata blocker instead of an ace inhibitor would be my choice.

why? an ace inhibitor or ARB with steroid use is a must have imo.
