Can I run the /dec a week before the test or just wait. Will be running 250mgs on both twice a week with 50mgs of Dbol for 4 weeks.
6'2" 125lbs good clean diet plenty of h20 and 3rd cycle.

if that is the case he doesnt need to run a cycle, he needs a proper diet & start proper lifting routine...

i meant no offense by that at all i figured it was a typo.
anyway i would run the test @500mg/w and the
deca@400mg/w and definitely start them at the same time. you could also run the D-bol for 5 weeks as long as youre drinking water and protecting your liver.
how long is your cycle and what does your pct look like?
