Hey guys, I'm aware that anti-aromatase drugs can hinder gains, but I HATE the way i look with facial bloat!! What can I use to keep facial bloat off without hindering gains? beside cardio and watching sodium intake / drinking water / low GI carbs. I was thinking proviron since it's diff. than A-dex and letro? does winny keep bloat off? I know it keeps gyno away when using certain compounds (test i think), not sure about facial bloat. masteron? thanks. You could try the Proviron, but you can use the Arimidex or Letrozole effectively if you just keep the dose down.
I don't like it either, but look at it this way:whats better? Dealing with a few weeks facial bloat to gain more muscle? Or looking prettier for a while by taking anti-e's, and gaining less? The anwer to me is obvious.
bro simply take 2.5mg of letrozole EOD and your facial bloat will be gone before you know it

Let me tell you man, if there's one thing I hate, in my participation in the world of bodybuilding, it's attempting to achieve your desired gains (((properly))). Cardio in, Cardio Out, Carbs Up, Carbs Down, Anti-E's in&out like a pez despenser... It can be a vicious cycle -no pun intended-. However, this is what I've discovered in developing the rediculously strong adonis complex that remains present in my life today. We've all seen ourselves in fairly decent shape, if not our absolute contest best and it's yielded one of two results. 1)The drive to continue back into off-season and improve, knowing that you have the knowledge & power to do your cut whenever you feel you've reached your "gaining plateau." Eventually, revealing your hard earned striations, fullness, symmetry & vascularity 2.)The thought of going back into that cloudy, smoothe, "moon-faced", lifestyles you must endure, in order to come out super-human on the other end, no longer makes you feel like a potential upcoming work-of-art; but, rather, causes that fear of never returning to the amazing physique you see in the mirror today. Whether you're talking about facial bloat, sacraficing 2 or 4 visible abs, a vein or 2, or 3, or... all of 'em... whatever. It's still looking at the smaller picture. Those "Cycled-Gains" we get way to used to, as members of the Adonis-Club-For-Men, do WAY more harm than good. Trust me. As someone who is currently getting back on the horse himself, in running 40mg of Dbol/day, with test-E blasting through @ 1200mg/wk, I'm determined to keep those calories high, make cardio a ghost(if anything once/twice a week for respiratory/cardiac maintenance), & exchange 12-14 reps @ low weight, for 4-6 reps @ mind-blowing weight. In the end, it's ALL ABOUT THE GAINS. Forget the "moon-face" brother... It'll be gone quicker than it became the main point-of-focus in your life. I know it's easier said than done. I'm going through the motions myself as we speak. However, the more mini-cuts we incorporate into our gains (and I speak of mini-cuts not as "adaptations in regimine" but as inhibiting drastic changes in diet & routine to add in that comfort-factor), the more painstakingly longer gains we will have to endure, in order to achieve what may have been achieved in one mere run of a quality stack, jacked-up calorie intake, extra plate on the last set and THROWN OUT NOTION of holding onto the unobtainable goal..perfection. So this is where I leave ya man. I'll continue on with my battle with the mirror & so will you. I have confidence in the fact that you'll make the right decision to continue your stack as planned, incorporate your anti-e's accordingly, keep your regimine the same and make practical adjustments, and most of all, realize, along with me, that you may think people are staring now, holding onto a bit of water in the cheek area; but, damn... when they have to switch up sides of the sidewalk, just because you're headed in their direction, massive & ripped to hell... it'll be a whole new outlook on the idea of temporary sacrafice for greater glory. i am curious, i am suggested to drink as much water as possible. i woke up this morning and i noticed a little less water, my face didnt look as bloated, i thought maybe the Nolvadex was helping, so i started drinkng a lot of water, within no time, i can hardly close my hand, you cant even see my ankles, and my range of motion is really limited, i cant reacj my back b.c my arms are so full of fluids.

Aromasin is by FAR the best AI, IMO. No worries about poor lipid profile or libido issues. Also, keep in mind that it could be d/t prolactin levels from the deca/tren or even simply high blood pressure during the cycle.

Nolvadex will do absolutely nothing for water retention.

Totally surprised..... that no one flamed the %&*$ out of you You want to reduce water retention..... But only want to hear about a pharmaceutical answer. You want to take drugs, rather than eat better which will in turn give you much better results. When your cycle is over.... you will lose most of what you wanted to keep. You have 2 choices my friend: 1) Eat bodybuilding food, get excellent returns for your investment when the smoke settles while using less drugs. or 2)Eat shitty foods, dont drink much water, eat high GI foods all day, dont care about sodium, dont care about your blood pressure or LDL/HDL levels, take lots of drugs needlessly... and when the smoke clears..... have an endocrine system that takes a long time to get back to normal only to not look much different than you did before starting your cycle. The answers to your questions bro are in your own bold typing. JP.
lol, that post just made my day Al. Diet.... diet, diet, diet, diet, diet, diet.... did I mention diet? I'm pretty much the poster boy for water retention and if I eat what I'm supposed to then I don't get incredibly bloated..... but if I go off the reservation and stop eating clean then I swell up like the michelin man and have to go buy new pants. Suck it up and start eating properly, you'll thank yourself for it in the long run because not only will you experience fewer sides (like bloating) but your gains will be far greater. 🙂
ok armidex .5 every day works for me along with cardio and pretty much all low GI carbs , through in dandelion root 2 pills ed and u will look like a hunk again! well that is if u were in the first place.
