just snapped a vial, and can see little bit of glass in there... what do i do?

You snapped a vial or ampule?
The glass shouldnt be small enough to go through the needle. You should be fine. Just be more careful next time.
What i do to break my amplues is wrap the top of the glass ith tape. Then i spap it so that any shattered glass gets held on to by the tape.
