Cheers for previous advice, just did first injection into thigh, used 23g. only put 1.5cc of 2cc, but happy i managed to be honest.

1. i noticed when pulling back, its is really hard, and couple bubbles appeared not blood, which is the go ahead right?

2. only problem at min is my leg is quite dead... ive read this is common, how long for?

3. when is it normally good to start gyming after an injection, heard mixed responses? If straightaway, off I go now! 

4. what would happen if you injected it into fat tissue instead of muscle?

5. they say keeping it warm afterward reduces pain, how about if i spray deep heat (fast relief for muscular aches and strains etc.)

6. is it better to tense muscle when injecting or not?

Currently massaging my leg 😆

Edit: actually its killing, proper dead leg, hurts walking on it! this norm? cheers

7. actually interested in what causes pain?

cheers bros

Nothing bad happens from injecting into fat tissue, just something good happens more slowly than if you had hit the muscle tissue.

If you are using long acting esters like Enth and Cyp on a typical 2 shots per week cycle, with substances that don't kick in anyway for 4 weeks or so, it may be a negligible difference, just develop your technique so you begin hitting IM consistently.

yeah you are using test e so you should inject twice a week 1ml(cc) twice a week you said you was going to do 2cc today .if you do twice weekly your test levels are more steady throughout the whole week
