Going to buy everything this thursday and moniter my weight/gains for a fortnight, and as long as I don't drop weight, and strength doesn't decrease then I'll continue and start upping the cals till I get to at least 90kg (currently 80 at about 12% fat). Any suggestions would be good.

add in some oatmeal into meal one and u have to add a lot more food into ur post workout meal... some higher glycemic carbs and high protein... ur post workout meal should be ur biggest of the day, that is why i recommend working out rite b4 dinner

I am allowed 2 hours during work time to go an train, so I think I'll stick with that (as I still get paid). I have to get used to this amount of food which is why I'm starting low and working my way up, I'll add cals slowly so I don't fuck it up. Will add oatmeal to meal #1
