i am just about to start my cycle in a few weeks and my blood pressure has not gone down. i was running high last spring and summer, and have cut salt out of my diet completely, but my blood pressure has not gone down, it was 140 over 98 or something like that. i am 21 yrs old, is that a safe blood pressure? i know the juice even makes it go higher, i don't want to get hurt here, what should i do?

drink more water. add fish oil and garlic to the diet. avoid caffeine and ephedrine. add cardio if you are not already doing it. the 98 is very high, especially for a 21 yo...as for gear, stay away from anything that makes you hold water. also stay away from tren. use an anti estrogen to combat water.

Hey Bigmack, Try seeing your doctor. My blood pressure was well inexcess and he had no problem in prescribing anti-hypertensive medication while i was on my course. It will not hurt you and you probably end up feeling a lot better 🙂 Try an ACE inhibitor like Micardis it also contains a mild duiretic that will also help you reduce your B.P That which does not kill us makes us stronger Freidrich Neitzsche.

Bigmack, as stated, i would not start until you get the BP down and know how to keep it down while on cycle. It always has been a big issue for me, i have always felt like shit on gear because of water retnetion and BP through the roof. Whenever i clean out i feel fantastic again so it's not some other drug or anything causing it. When you do start, start with smaller doseages and monitor how you feel. Putting the dose up will only make it worse.

Doggman or any of you guyz: just wondering, if you reccomend anti-e's to someone who's natural isnt that detrimental. what dosage would you recommend for a natural who feels he might have this high bp condition, and wouldnt it effect that lipid profile that is important for cardiac functions?

I would definitely not take anything until your BP is within normal range. Do an internet search on medline to find out about the dangers of high blood pressure. Mine is 150/90 and I just found this out last week. I am 37 and am changing my diet.

They are telling him to use an anti-e while he is on his cycle.
