Question. On a low dose of Test only (250mgs or less for the Endurance man), how many cycles per year could one safely do? Assuming legnth of the cycle would be 10-12 weeks.

Just curiouse as I've had some fellow triathletes asking me the same but I didn't want to give an answer until I knew what I was talking about.

IMO, may vary from person to person, you have to closely monitor your body via complete blood panel, BP, symptoms, signs that your body shows you etc.

Also you may apply the principle: time on = time off.

"The medals don't mean anything and the glory doesn't last. It's all about your happiness. The rewards are going to come, but my happiness is just loving the sport and having fun performing" ~ Jackie Joyner Kersee.

Is that to say, half the time off that you were on, then ok to start begin another cycle?

THat would be pushing it in general...personally woudl not go more than 4 months on of the year.

But some ppl are ok with time on = off.

Yes, some people apply that very principle.

As long as blood work , bp, psa etc. are all fine and you're not worried about full htpa recovery after every cycle you can stay on year around if full htpa recovery is important (for most it should be) give yourself six weeks b/t cycles.

liftsiron is a fictional character and should be taken as such.
