It's easier to have access to blood work when you're monitored by an open-minded progressive doctor.

Just wanted to say that I have seen some guys that had excelecent HDL, LDL levels, total cholestherol, C-reatice protein, creatinine, PSA, etc. but with below normal or with low normal levels of testosterone. How would they know if they only had the conventional blood test?

Agreed. That is why I asked specifically for a test level test. remmeber the BS I told you I got jsut for wanting to know that. I guess I should have demanded a full homronal breakdown. Too late now I guess since I already had my first inject. I'll talk to the Dr in a couple of months and see about planning a full test. I think the current Dr is open minded enough to go for this.

Thanks quijr!!!

No problem, do that in the very near future.

Is a statin really necessary if you're keeping cycles to 12-15 weeks and undertaking natural methods for maintaining a good lipid profile? Omega 3's, CLA, etc.

I don't think anyone mentioned a statin, but I may have missed forgotten it. I think it depends on the person and where they're lipid profile started prior to AAS usage. What they are on also plays a large part in the equation. AA-17 an know to be hard on HDL levels. I once did a cycle which included winny and my cholesterol went from a normal 210 (with HDL in the 80+ range) to 275. I was not fasting at the time of the test so I don't know the breakdown but I am pretty sure it was not good. I also was not taking any preventive measures at the time (it was years ago and I was not so inclined to research what I was doing 🙁 ). Now in addition to all of the natural aids I throw in 20mg PD of nolva regardless if I am taking a AA-17 steroid or not.
