True. To get cut all ya gotta do is lower carbs, increase protein and do cardio. Use clen and ECA if you want to but its all about diet.
thanks for all the reply bro really appreciate it :)......and yea bro id like to drop the creatine to and go to a annabolic lolol im just not ready to take juice yet i feel like i have more potential to grow and rather really max out before i start somthing like that..... but i will in time lolol.. and yea i get your point on taking creatine it will probably make me look fuller while getting lean but that water retaining migth be harder for it to look like im leanig up........ both ways im gona give it a shot ill try the clen and creatine but i heard that creatine doesnt really bloat you its the carbs that bloat you so maybe if i take creatine and diet good like no more then 100-150carbs a day would be good
and another thing how many weeks can i keep doing the 2weeks on 2weeks off cycle....... i mean is there a limit or suggested time frame where i need to stop?? and ive decided that since ive never done clen before no need for t3 im gonna see what clen will do for me thanks guys
