does it matter if taken with or without food? i've had prescriptions lately that were to be taken 2 hours before or after eating so it got me thinking. does food mess with the absorption?

i got pretty intense indigestion taking epistane on an empty stomach, whereas 1,4 AD was no problem. Oral bioavailability & gastro sides seems to vary alot between different orals

Not to steal the thread but I guess 1,4 ad's no longer OTC. I liked that stuff pretty well too. They always do that when something is good.

I think it all depends bro on exactly what you are taking. An empty stomach can sometimes decrease the bioavailability but increase the onset. I always prefered to take orals on a full stomach due to feeling queezy if I did not. I also prefered not take them with coffee or any other caffeine substance due to not wanting to take the risk of diminishing any absortion. This is just my .02 Hope this helps

you can try it, but anavar has been known to cause sever cramping or abdominal pain in some. I would recommend with food, at least until your body adjusts after a several days.

I thought i've read somewhere that if hte oral is a 17aa it doesn't matter if you take w/food or not.

I would take it with food still just due to the fact that I sometimes get rot gut feeling if I do not take orals with food. This is even with ibuprofen or tylenol. I have a weak stomach I guess you could say.
