Just an idea, but anytime I start up a cycle I take echinacea three times a week while on as it will strenghthen your immune system. Since I started doing this I have not had any flu systems. (5 years now)
Mega doses of vitamins helps
echinacea, vit C and garlic tabs work very well for me.
Originally posted by littlewilly echinacea, vit C and garlic tabs work very well for me. ditto on this. but not that crap liquid echinacea u tried to make me swollow once, that shit was rank boy!!!
is echinacea a herb and can you get it at health food stores and what dosage is recomended
I do 400mg of Echinacea twice a day. You can buy it pretty much anywhere here in the U.S. I pick mine up at Walmart. Garlic is also good, but when I take garlic tabs and workout I stank so bad I can hardly stand being around myself 😉
Get a FLU shot, just got mine, it'll help keep any FLU away.
Mega dosing on vit C and using glutamine helps
there is no benefit to front loading brother. if you need a kick start get some Dbol or prop. as far as the symptoms go, its hard to combat it if you dont know its coming. do you get real sore at the injection sites?
no sorness at the sight, but about the fith week it starts. im gonna kick off my cycle next week. I see you dont recomend frontloading? this was the first time I was gonna try, me and dbol dont get along, I think i will get a bottle of prop and try that instead. I do feel the fatigue though when the flu comes, I will try the herb blast and see how it goes. never tried herbs except the ones you roll up and puff puff away!
test flu is supposedly caused by the fluctuation in the body's hormonal level and not really pathogen-related (germs/bacterial)..I get the test flu for half a day and usually kicks in at night...I get the chills, but it goes away the next day
A good mutivitamin and load up on glutamine which I have found seems to work pretty well on my immune system.......I find the glutamine and vit c works far better on me than the echinacea (which incidentally has been pretty much savaged in some recent studies as to its effectiveness)
