Sorry Bros if stupid question.
One often sees on the interweb e.g youtube, folks injecting 1ml air into the vial in order to make it easier to draw out 1ml of test.
How come injecting "room" air into the test does not f*** up its sterility?

I've asked the same question....my lay explanation is that there are items in the mix that can sterilize that small amount of intrusion.
Others, feel free to correct me.

there are things in it that already make it sterile and injecting room air isnt going to effect it

The BA (benzoyl acohol) keeps the supplement sterile. All aas is comprised of BB, BA, and the aas itself. The BA keeps it sterile, the BB keeps it soluable and mixed into the oil, and aas is the actuall supplment you are hoping to inject into yourself.
That is why a lil air isn't going to make the gear "dirty". On a side note, high levels of BA can give you an adverse reaction when taking a shot like swelling, redness, and soreness.
