Yesterday I started my post cycle clomid. I was wondering if any of you guys take time off after a cycle. Something like, taking a week off when you start you pct? I know you workouts are alot harder when you finish and I always do a shorter workout and allow more rest days but I was thinking of taking a week off.... What do you guys think?

It's really up to you. I personally don't take a week off right after I finish up my cycle because I use alot of long ester stuff and its not really out of my system for a good month after my last shot.

i think u will save the most muscle if u continue to work out for a bit after a cyle, atleast a month or so, then u can take a break if u need
