What is the best combo for powerlifting - strenght??? And at what dosages....

In Brazil they use Susta at 500-750 mg/week and Anadrol at 100 mg/day.

depends how close you are to your weight class max weight when you start your cycle. If you are close to max prop / tren 100mg EOD or test e with var (500mg pw, 80mg PD) with an ai to keep bloat down. Its really not as easy as all that becasue it also depends on cycle exp, age and how you personally react to different compounds

Deca is sometimes used for the ole joints.
Not a good idea if you're gonna be tested.

I always run tren (I prefer enathate) at 400-600mgs/wk and test at 750-1g/wk. I will usually kick start the cycle with Dbol at 40-50mgs/day for 6 weeks. For me tren definitely gives the best gains in terms of strength and lean mass.

ADMINISTRATION NEEDS TO DO THEIR JOB AND BAN THIS GUYS I.P. ADDRESS.
mAKES ME NOT WANT TO SIGN ON BECAUSE ALL THE NEW THREADS I PULL UP ARE BECAUSE HE'S POSTING IN THEM.

SUPPLYCHAIN, if you read the earlier threads on this issue youwould see that it does not do any good to ban ip addresses since this guys or guys are smart enough to use multiples. we ban them as soon as we see them, huge deep is helping as are the other mods and as soon as we get the other mods appointed i think we will be on top of it. at some point they will either go away or we will start filtering posts. for now the best thing you all can do to be proactive is to pm lifts, saint, or any of the supermods the user name and we will immediately ban them and their ip. I think that if everyone will be patient and help out we can stop this nonsense. I am currently spending about 12 hours a day logged on dealing with this but even I have to sleep sometime. I THINK THE LAST THING YOU WANT TO DO AT THIS POINT IS TO TELL ME I AM NOT DOING MY JOB. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out which threads these bozos are posting in, just do not open them and pm me or a mod the user name. Instead of just bitching about it how about helping out.

....this was posted a week ago before ANYONE had addressed the issue.
so if you would cross refrence the time this was posted w/ the time someone finally said something about it you'd see that it hadn't been addressed @ the time.

It sounds as though you're threatening me because i have an opinion.

I mod 2 other boards under a different name and certainly don't say stuff like this to members, especially when the issue hadn't even been addressed yet.
maybe it's personal becasue i haven't paid $25 for status and sources that i don't need.

You are right, i did not see the date and apologize. at the time you posted, i was out of town and unable to monitor what is going on. mea culpa. I actually value your knowledge and insight and would hate to see you go elsewhere. as you might imagine, we have been under a lot of strain keeping things under control. So i hope you accept my apology and understand the light underwhich i responded.
I do apologize if i sounded threatening and look forward to seeing many informative posts from you. This is a trying time for all of us and if we all work together we can make this board a better place for all of us.It is time i took my own advice and lightened up a bit.
