Am I creatine non-responder?

And what should I take if I`m a creatine non-responder ? What creatine would U recommend me? What doses should I take ? I must confess that once I felt creatine workin`:] It was HDT creatine. But others creatine (3 others) didn`t work on me What`s going on?

That`s the point, I`ve had good bulk diet, I`ve been resting enough, and everything was ok. I was drinking a lot of water, but it`s seemed not to respond on me at all 🙁 Once or twice I`ve got drunk a little bit, but that was just small amount of alcohol 😛 What should I have changed?

Have you ever tried Cell-tech? it's kind of expensive, but there's so much sugar and other crap in there I almost guarantee it will work for you. then again, I could be wrong

no I haven`t tried it yet, but I`ve heard a positive opinions about that suplement. Does it mean that U recommend me any creatine suplement with transport system in it ?

Creatine is virtually can't miss since it occurs naturally in the body and acts to create an osmotic bloat. How many grams did you use and when? I think the best way to use it is as such: wk1: 20g ED (broken into 3 or 4 servings, but never take it before bed) wks2-6: 5g ED DON'T skip days. Lots of people go wrong by only taking it on training days. It will barely do jack if you do it that way. Every time you take creatine, take it with 5 grams of simple sugar (powdered gatorade works good) per gram of creatine (eg: 25g of sugar and 5g of creatine mixed).
