I used creatine for a while (about 3months) taking about 15g a day i think. I was bulikng and i put on 5kgs naturally and kept it though i'm sure there was some fat. I found it did help me in my workouts with both strength and recovery. It really dried my lips out wich was a pain but it def worked for me. I will be using it with my PCT in a few weeks and prob continue it till next cycle. I have read allot of info saying the liquid is garbage as it is not stable in liquid form for very long, but quite a few friends have used it and say it gives them "an energy boost" sort of effect i'm guessing it may be full of sugar or something that gives the temporary boost.

The powdered companies are shitting themselves as they aren't yet able to keep the creatine stable in liquid (like MMUSA can)

They are expensive. Used the liquid once. Did bugger all. Spend my money on real liquid next time.

All the people I know that are using it say it is heaps better than the powder (and no ill side effects), these guys are all natural though. And they are definitely stronger while using the liquid. And myself, I find it allows me to train harder for longer. All the best Test J.T.J.

My mate is going to compete in the naturals, about 6'4" and I think he's weighing in at about 120kg at the moment, never juiced in his life, swears by his cell tech, no shitting you either, he doesn't juice, he's one of my officers in the australian army, I offered him some clen and he didn't even want to take that because he's under the impression he has to take a lie detector test before he can comepete.

When I use creatien I start with 5grms, 5 times a day for 7 days to saterate the body then bring it back to 5 grms twice a day. Run it no longer then 12 weeks then at least 4 weeks off.

imho creatine don't need to be cycled on and off. I believe its more of a psychological effect if an increased effectiveness is felt when cycling it. Being that when u're not using creatine, muscle energy regeneration is slower and less than when u're using it. So when u start using it again u will think that the cycling is effective whereas if u stay on it u will not feel the difference as u get used to the faster atp regeneration. Jus my 0.02 ๐Ÿ™‚
