Can Anyone Shed Some Light On Female Dosage For Ephedrine.
We Have The 50 Mg Pills.how Should She Take Them And How Long Before Workouts? Thanks In Advance..

Hi Mac27, The standard dose for ephedrine is 25mg three times a day. You should spread it out through the day, and take with aspirin and caffeine.
Ephedrine 25mg
Caffeine 200mg
aspirin 325mg
I do not usually take that much aspirin cause I think it can be hard on the stomach. I will usually take only one baby aspirin. Aspirin will help prolong the thermogenic effects along with the caffeine.

start off with 1 tab, 30mins before training, if your gonna go with a ECA stack the go 1/2 tab, 25mg eph/200mgs caffine/1 asprin
