Hydroxycut, does it work ?

Ha I think I've been posting on all of your recent threads lately! Here's my take on this... First of all your diet/nutrition is going to be the most important. The supplement may help you with you goals but only if your diet is in check first. IMO, I really liked ECA stacks compared to what is now in hydroxycutt. Ephedra has gotten a bad rap mainly due to the popular media, but there is no evidence supporting its involvement in deaths (I can show you alot of studies to back this up if you would like). I believe ephedra can be used by any normal, healthy person that doesn't have any history or current heart or BP problems.

Yeah back in the good ol' days it was in there... it seems that although ephedra is technically legal (in the US), the supp. companies are a little hesitant to put it back in

Doesnt do jack. Mtech doesnt sell any usable supps. Order straight ephedrine and caffeine. Those work great. You'll be happy and they are alot cheaper.

I posted some up in that thread. Any truck stop should have it and all supp stores in Canada(minus GNC). I was in Michigan the other day and they carried it in local stores there too.

I just bought 200 Yellow Swarm from www.fixfitness.com for $85 with shipping included. They are the original formula with all their heart stopping goodness. I believe that they ship to the UK, but I don't know. They actually called me to let me know that ephedra will be back on the banned list again in the US and they won't be carrying these things for very long. They have original hydroxycut, stacker 2's, yellow swarms, thin mini's, ripped fuel, power fuel whatever.
