Using clen only as a preworkout energy enhancer..like an eca..good idea?
My training has been dragging a bit recently..I switched from using 1 tab xenadrine w/ephedra (full dose is 2 caps..I use 4 single caps. 1 w/ each meal) to 1/2 tab clen. And it seems to give a better kick..is this ok? I'm not dieting, and would use an eca anyway, the kick helps me focus and train harder dosage: 1 xendr. w/ eph. 3 times ed...1 w/ each of first 3 meals then clen instead of 4th tab of xen. Anyone ever used clen for this purpose, rather than a dieting/cutting purpose?
just stick with ECA bro.
Agreed. Clen doesnt give me much of a rush anyway. Plus I've always heard you shouldn't combine ephedrine and clen.

Personally I shake too much when taking clen to take it pre-workout. I don't the scientific reasons for not taking both, but both have similar effects and it seems like overkill and possibly unhealthy. Cole Kingsly
taking both at the same time and then doing a high intensity workout would spike your blood pressure through the roof, and the consequences of that are well known. plus, your body builds up a resistance to clen pretty fast and it would become ineffective in no time flat. and the crash from that is aweful.
