With regards to FFA mobilization, I am unsure of is the following:-

1) FFA mobilization is regulated via HSL, but how does one maximise this process (in terms of intensity of training)?

2) Does HSL lead to the FFAs being present as blood triglycerides, or is their transport different?

Can anyone elaborate on this?
