My muscles get sore after every workout. I mean, you are ripping your muscles when you train so they will have to heal (thats what rest is for). Train hard and your muscles (especially chest, back and legs) will be sore for at least a couple of days.

I've been lifting for 9 years, weigh 270 lbs, compete as a superheavyweight, and have gotten sore after every single workout I've ever done. People have different tolerance levels for DOMS. My old workout partner would rarely get sore from a workout that would leave me hurting for days. Everyone is different. There is a myraid of factors that play in to the level of soreness. If you almost always get sore after a good workout, then soreness is probably a good indicator that you had a good workout. If you only get sore if you over do it, then soreness is a good indicator that you over did it.

Well on things for sure.. if your getting sore you know you worked out hard enough. Thats how I judge my workouts, if im not sore for the next two days then I didn't put enough effort into it.

I find being a bit sore but not overly sore is a great feeling the next day after a workout. Nothing like a little pain to let the body know that it's working. You gotta tear the muscle fibres to make them come back bigger and stronger (no shit). I know the feeling bro, I love DC's training, and getting back into the gym after a hiatus I am finding it easy to come back to. And the next cycle is planned....

I'm sore after every hard workout. Larger muscles are sore for 2-3 days; while the smaller muscles usually are only sore for 1 day after the workout. On the rare occasion that I don't have a good workout I'll generally know the next day when my muscle aren't very sore at all. So being sore really helps me evaluate my previous workouts.

ok thanks guys. my guess is that when im working out 4 times a week im not doing it as intense i guess. ive been doing DC training for about 4-6 weeks and i love it. i came off cycle shortly after i started and used the AM Dbol method as recovery. im totally clean now and i have not lost anything. no weight loss and no strength lost. i am however carrying a little bit more around the stomach. im sure thats because i dropped cardio though and kept my cal's high.
