help needed!

ive been working in ther gym now since iwas 16. weighing in at 72kg. at 18 iwas around 84kg and bench pressing 160kg max 120kg reps.
now im 20 weighing 96kg after two low dose cycles and gained plenty of strenght. im now bench pressing 230kg. however im still having trouble puting on size, im heavy enough lift enough but still dont get big. iworkout 5 days a week. want am i doing wrong. any ideas would be great! 🙁

It's either diet or overtraining, meaning, you need to up your calories or train less. 5 workouts a week is alot for some when not juicing, and indeed, too much for many. Alternatively, you could just juice more, and then 5 workouts per week would probably be just fine; though you'd still want to up your calories.

thanks for the advise man! ill take it into consideration. ive cut back my workouts back to 3 times a week and started to plan my eating habits better for the next month until i go on another cycle and se how that works for me!

i think you should be entering power lifting tournies man. thats alot of weight you pushing there for your size...

Thanks Bill,

but ive never found strength to be a problem only putting on actual size and bulk. being only 20 my strength does help when i go out on the piss with the boys if you know what i mean!!!

Gday pal - this is my first post on Anabolex, but i hope i can still be of some assistance;

I would suggest it is just genetics pal, either that or your diet is fucked. That is a fair power to weight ratio - maybe take up competitive weight lifting/ or sprinting!!!!

Just my thoughts

thanks for the thoughts mate!

im going to try a new diet my personal trainer has give me to try and put on some size.

Most of strenght came about through cross training as a young fellow when competiting in martial art competitions all the time! man i use to kick some arse back then still do!
