Help with Physical Training & Diet?
I need some help, i want to star training seriously, i never could because university doesn't leave me much time.anyway here is what i needed:
-i need a simple training i can do at home with 2 dumbbells ( with 4 weights of 2.5kg each), and a punching bag
-a diet to maximize muscle growth
-and any advise to help me out
