What is your vision of a fitness program?
I am a coordinator for a university and was just given permission to start my own fitness program. It can be for anyone, students, community, staff. I wanted to know ideas of things people would want in a fitness program. How can I make the best one possible. Give Any ideas or suggestions.
Fitness equals proper nutrition, weight training and cardio, imo also in that order of importance.

I agree with lifts on nutrition being the most important part of fitness. I personally like cardio over strength training, but i've got different goals that might not exactly be healthy or well rounded.
