I was wondering if any of you had any experience with using test and EQ in order to enhance your endurance for running. Most of the posts I've read sound more focused on cycling.
I've done several cycles before with Test Prop and fina, using 100 mgs prop/75 mgs fina a day for 8 weeks. But that was for bodybuilding purposes.
Im more interested in fitness now a days and I'm wanting to stay smaller, but increase my distances as well as decrease my running time. Would 200 mgs/wk test prop and 300 mgs/wk EQ help in recovery and endurance.

Thanks for the response brotha. My running is actually geared toward a higher goal...so the faster I can run the better. I already have test prop and eq, so thats why I wanted to run that. My joints, knock on wood, don't bother me much. I'm not into super long distance runs, I stay around 3-5 miles, I just wanna be able to do it faster.
