Hey guys, i'm thinking about doing my first cycle starting on the month of december. I'm 5'9, 185 pds, probly 14% BF (think?), I've been working out for 4 years, and have maybe 10 pounds of good solid muscle. I look like I "work out" Go at least and go 5-6 days a week durring summers and 4-5 during school semesters. I gained some mass this summer, and people readily saw it. I have done two injections of Test, when I was doing a cytomel cycle, so i know i learned how to inject there. Wasn't bad, sore a little but it went away. Not looking to be a f*cking giant now, but a good 10 pounds would be great..this is what i'm thinking.. Equipoise 1-3 400 mg 3-12 300 mg Test Cypianato 3-12 200 mg Cynomel 4-14 week 2 tabs@ 25 mcg a day I dont want to get too big, too fast, so i decided on these lower doses. It will be my first injectable cycle. The Cytomel is to keep swelling down and keep from getting tooooo fat Got my nolva for post therapy, for 3 weeks. It will be done 2 weeks after my last EQ/TEST shot. I will also have glutamine on hand 20 grams a day for a couple of weeks, and creating loading phase for 2 weeks. Suggestions comments feedback?? thanks!

Thoses doses are a waste. If you dont wanna grow fast, then stay natural. Run the test and EQ both at 500mg/week bro. That cycle will give you slow, steady gains. as far as cytomel, I really dont know wether or not it helps the effectiveness of a cycle, but I do know it will make you flat and depleate your muscles. I really dont see a need for it.

and when you run your cycle, dont forgt PCT. clomid, HCG, nolva. etc etc.....

classic 1st cycle test 500mg/wk, eq 400mg week 12 weeks.. t3 at low doses 25-50mcg/ed can improve nutrient uptake and can be anabolic if diet is good.. t3 won't do much for 'bloat' you'll need an anti a like arimidex for that. as far as getting 'fat' that's all about diet.

Suggestions comments feedback?? thanks! Why would u drop EQ dose @ wk 4? Taking T3 for 10 weeks is lil much, 6 weeks max IMO .. an u should ramp dose up, hold a max and taper off of T3. I use a 5/40/55 (5% of days ramp up, 40% of days @ max, 55% of days tapering down 12.5mcg daily. Do some more research on T3. Do u mean "creatine" or are u saying "creating" at the end? If u r saying "creatine" .. a loading phase for creatine should be about 4-5 days and u can use it as u want. 200mg test is a waste ... 500mg would be much better for 10 weeks. Keep the EQ @ 400 for 12 weeks.

Sometimes i wish you guys would read EVERYTHING before responding. I did say in my initial post that i was using Cytomel for the slight metabolic bump and water retention. And i DID say i was using PCT ....Nolvadex. I'm dropping the dose from 400 to 300 becuase I am frontloading the first 3 weeks, and consisten with 300 EQ. I may consider doing the 400 Test. I wanted to keep Test at a moderate level cuz i didn't want any bad side effects or major shrinkage...like i said earlier, I dont want a great amount of poundage on me too fast. You need to up the doses dude, do some more research, it sounds like you need to, no flame meant, but those doses are a waste.

Doses a bit higher than what you plan to use will not shut you down any worse bro. Your gains will be slow and steady, like you want, with the doses we suggested. The lower doses are seriously a waste and will still shut you down.

With proper training and dieting one could achieve excellent relsults on 200mg test and 300 eq - All the people on this board do to much IMO. You should use the less amount possible to simulate adequate growth ( relative term I know) and the dosages listed are fine. My first cycle os sus 250/ 1 amp a week and I gained 25 lbs. My close friend just fininshed doing 250mg sus a week and 300mg of decca abd put on about 27 lbs. Im have 5 cycles under my belt and never did more than 500 mg of test and have always gotten fantastic results - BUT to each his own
