Elbow pain ?

I do heavy skull crushers and lately there is an annoying pain on my right elbow. It feels like I need to pop my elbow, but it wont pop. Anyway what can I do to help rid this pain. Is it joint related?
Anabolic related or just heavy weight? Will it ever go away? Flip

RUn forest RUN,

Flip, quit doing Skull crushers, it is one of the several excercises that can leave your elbows permenantly injured.

Trust me. It is not a nice thing to have elbow pain when ever you lift chest, shoulders, triceps.

you want big tri's lift heavy close grips. that is more than enough for getting size on your triceps.

If you want definition, use the rope, single handed tricep extensions,

i also go light on the overhead triceps extensions for the same reason.

All these years no problem till now. I did not do skull crushers today. I just love the pump I get from them. Thanks, Flip

I would jump on some Gluc/Chon/msm for a month, you can proabably scale back to just the Gluc/ or msm by themselves after that. This will help with the pain, along with a preventative measure for future pain. But yeah.... drop the skull crushers or go light.

Yes, I cant go heavy like I use too, I was doing 45,s and a 10 on each side, now I just stay at 35's on each side. flip

i have had a similar pain, but i think its sore tendons from lifting. This exercise does indeed ad size to your triceps fer sure! I've noticed great results with proper diet, no a.s.
