Elbow pain ?
I do heavy skull crushers and lately there is an annoying pain on my right elbow. It feels like I need to pop my elbow, but it wont pop. Anyway what can I do to help rid this pain. Is it joint related?

Flip, quit doing Skull crushers, it is one of the several excercises that can leave your elbows permenantly injured.
Trust me. It is not a nice thing to have elbow pain when ever you lift chest, shoulders, triceps.
you want big tri's lift heavy close grips. that is more than enough for getting size on your triceps.
