if your thyroid is not working it is not working. I am not sure that you can jumpstart it. have youtried taking your temperature first thing in the morning to see what it is?

Many many people suffer from what is call sub-clinical hypothyroidism, that is , thyroid levels so low that they affect your daily well being but are still "clinically" within normal range albeit very low. In most cases of SCH, a small dose of amour thyroid is sufficient to bump your levels of t3/t4 high enough to realize appreciable increases in energy and feelings of well being.

Of course the best approachis to get a thyroid panel that includes not only tsh levels but T3 and t4 as well.

Me also think that is the approach.
