I think fiber is a key to staying full on low carb diets of any kind. It is important to get 25 grams or more per day. It is tricky, however it can be done. My warning is don't increase to 25 grams or more all at once because you will feel like you are losing 30 lbs in one or 2 sittings. Also if you go much over that don't make any plans the next day.

I'm always taking colon cleanser from vitamin world when doing low carb...like now.

It helps immensely for feeling full and also just being regular.

And don't forget that too much fiber may lead to bad smelling flatulence .

J/K...I've never noticed any increase while on fiber...I'm not a gassy person to begin with.

Oxy Powder worked well for me. It is very effective using the power of oxygen to eradicate the anaerobic bacteria thiving in my digestive tract. This is a power cleanse and not dependent on fiber to scrape you clean. It is a different, very effective approach. It actually liquifies the mucoid plaque clogging up the bowels and it is ejected right out your asshole. My first cleanse was liquified sludge, black as the night. The stench was putrid and my girlfriend had me scrubbing the toilets everyday, as the stuff stuck to the back of the commode like dried tar. Flushing did nothing. Oh, she hated it... Even with the door shut, she walked by complaining it was seeping under the door.

Also, plenty of glutamine peptides help maintain the health and integrity of the lining of my stomach and intestinal tract. Nutrient absorbtion is optimized this way, as we grow not from what we eat, but only from what we absorb.
