OK, after this last cruise i went on, it is time to go on a diet. Honestly i need to lose 25lbs! I was 221 after the cruise and after one week of dieting i am at 215.4. I know from past experience that i can only hold 195-200lbs and still be ripped up.
So.....

For now i am maintaining my supps, still recovering from a bout with the flu so currently no cardio, lifting heavy five days a week.

I work out before evening mealtime so i am taking 40 grams of alpha-lactalbumen enriched whey 20 minutes prior to workout and then eating my evening meal thereafter. Mornings i get up on a banana plus 40 grams of whey, midmorning protein bar, lunch is usually salad plus chicken or 40 grams of whey plus peanut butter. snack as needed in the afternoon. Currently not taking anything after 7pm but will start taking 40 grams of whey with/without PB nlt 8pm after i get a little closer. Evening meal is whtever the protein of the day is plus salad. THis is primarily a low carb approach with moderate carb up on the weekends. I am using this approach simply because it has worked very well for me in the past and is easily sustained over a long period of time.

Hopefully will start adding in cardio withing the week. I have finally "flipped the switch" and will post up pics when i hit 199lbs.

Seems good Jboldman, I wish you best of luck. Just wondering what is your currently percent body fat, and what are you planning to use while ON that diet?

Current bodyfat is 16%. I am planning on using test enanthate, prop, HCG, and perhaps later when i get leaner some Tren Acetate.

I never diet without anabolics. of course i pretty much dont do anything without anabolics.

Sounds real close to what I'm doing and it's working. I love the ISS pro42 bars low carb and 42 grams of protein.

GNC sucks, everything's so @#%* expensive. Whenever I go to the United States I buy my stuff at Vitamin Shoppe, lots of special discounts over there.

Have you ever tried the MET-Rx high protein bars? Seems delicious to me!
