are there to eat broccoli and shredded cabbage? Just following up on one of your comments in another thread.

And we'll collect the moments one by one. I guess that's how the future's done. Feist, "Mushaboom", 2005

let me count the ways!
broccoli: lightly steamed, steamed then mixed with fat free sour cream and chicken breast diced and baked
raw for snacking, currently my fav salad is shredded cabbage surrounded by broccoli florets with fat free bleu cheese dressing with protein (fish chicken etc. ) on top

more to come when i have time.

It may work with broccoli but for variety's sake, try cauliflower dipped in olive oil, sprinkled with your favorite seasoning salt, baked at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Yummmmmmmmmmmmmm

Variation: Dipped in olive oil based pesto sauce and bake as mentioned above........double yummmmmmmm

the wife takes cauliflower and steams it just until soft then whips it with olive oil and seasoning and serves it like mashed potatoes. yumm.

broccoli divan(chicken divan with brocolli) is awesome, we add it to chili (really) I eat it raw whenever i get the munchies, sometimes i sprinkle it with hot sauce.

Sounds good to me! The four minute steam in the microwave is getting OLD!
