You are not suposed to train when in ketosis. U will loose muscle!

Do a CKD diet insted.. Do a carb-up once a week and train the two following days. 6 days with no carbs and 1 with 400-700 carbs.

It's good to do a full body workout on the last day of ketosis to fully deplete glycogen stores. This should be in the 10-12 rep range instead of heavy lifting. The result is super compensation when you replenish on carb up days. I prefer two day carb ups because I don't have the greatest insulin sensitivity.

For the rest of my workouts I would do as you stated, the first two days after carbing up.
