IM starting a cycle of omanadren,D-bol,winny,clen. i will be taking the omna wk/1-8 500mg d-bol wk/1-6 30mg winny wk 7-12 50mg eod clen 7-14 ??? not decided on mcg (havent assed myself yet) my question is: Do you think i should eat for mass weeks 1-8 and then change my whole diet weeks 9-14. i was thinking more on the lines of wk/1-8 eat for mass wk/9-14 ketogenic. or do you think i should stick with the mass diet throughout? any info is appreciated.

You have a well thought out plan. Stick to eating for mass and youll be very happy with results. Leave the cutting up for a cycle of its own. The clen is debatable, you could leave it for a cutting cycle to help lose fat or throw it in at the end of your mass cycle to help retain gains.

I'd second that. When bulking eat for mass, when cutting eat to get lean.

Slang is right about the Clen its debatable. You should drop it untill your cutting cycle I think. Eat to grow while you can and taper it back down after you get off your cycle. This will help to maitain all levels in your body. But the answer to your question should be to do BOTH. Eat lean, but eats lots of it. You can go for quantity and not have to sacrifice that much Quality. Just eat all day long whenever your hungry!. This also sppeds up the motabolism. You should wait at least 6 weeks after your cycle and then follow up with a cutting cycle with winstrol and Clen or something like that. Then you would want to eat very lean and watch the fat contents more. JOJO

i think you're trying to do too much at once..... do your bulking cylce....eat large...... then do your cutting cycle......eat clean......
