homemade protein shakes

What do you guys put in your shakes, I want to start making them. I bought some flax seed oil, I dont know how much to use, and if I use raw eggs do I have to drink the shake immediatly. Thanks Dave

use a whey isolate protein powder and some flax....2 tblsp. Don't use raw eggs bro...you don't want salminilla(sp).

Make sure you stay away from the raw eggs, I had a friend who would go through 36 a week, he never understood why he was shitting every hour. As far a the flax goes it all depends on your current diet and goals, it is a great way to get the extra calories, every 15ml has around 13g of fat and 130 cals, I usually use 5 to 6 15ml servings a day Darko

Dude their right when they say no raw eggs, that is so 80's. I dont think you would like the whole poisioning thing. If you want a really good shake through in a bannana and 1tbs of peanutbutter, TASTTTTTTTTTEEEEEE.

Substitute egg whites in a carton - they are pasturized. Dont use soy in your shakes. If you want a quick MRP, add a packet of instant breakfast to your potein shake.

My protein shake consists of this . nlarge protein powder frozen strawberries from costco 2 cups OJ 1/2 Banana Spin it for about 30 seconds , add some ice spin it again . Tasty for me , i have one 2x a day .
