Does someone remember the receipe for the protein bars? The ratio's and all? I remember the ingredients honey, protein powder, oatmeal and peanut butter, but what about the ratio's?

Here it is: 2 cups natural p.b 8 tblsp. honey 2 1/4 cups protein powder (no soy) 2 cups (uncooked)oatmeal combine p.b and honey in mixing bowl and stir. Microwave for 80 seconds. add protein powder and oatmeal, and mix well(add more honey if not sticky enough) smooth into a 13x9 pan. Let sit for 20 min and then cut into twelve even bars. Wrap in plastic wrap and store in fridge. Protein content of the bars depends on the amount of protein you use, but each bar usually is equal to 25 to 35grams per bar. Hope this helps. zwingir

Bump this thread ! I've just made my weekly supply, 4 cups whey isolate 2 cups crunchy peanut butter 1/2 cup honey 2 cups raisens 1 cup sprinkle nuts 2 cups raw oats 2 cups desicated cocunut 1 cup creatine 1 cup golden syrup cooking chocolate Mix p.b. and honey and nuke until nice n runny, add everything except the syrup. It should be quite dry and crumbly so mix evenly. Add the syrup and knead into a dough. Spread onto a flat surface and cut into bars. Melt the chocolate and coat. As far as I know a mars-bar-size bar has about 25-30g protein and enough calories to kick start a bus .... Only one problem tho. .... trying to stop the kids from having midnight snacks with them.

Also, is golden syrup the same as maple syrup? I tried to add choc chips once, but they melted in with the mix b/c it was too warm still. Thanks, bro.

I think any brand of whey protein will work. Just don't use soy. I use Chocolate Designer Whey. I've never tried another flavor.
