Hey bros,
I was just wondering if anyone knows if there is a difference between eating solid foods high in protein as opposed to protein shakes. Is protein just protein no matter what source it comes from? I've been drinking between 6-8 protein shakes a day to get in my 350g of protein and I was wondering if this is too many shakes and not enough solid foods that are high in protein.

hi buddy you are having way to many shakes,eat more solid food,I'm try to cut my shakes down to 2 a day and eat more tuna or chicken instead.I was taking 4 shakes a day.
