ok, to get serious, now that you have changed your signature, zinc. It opposed copper which if too high reduces testosterone.

Is that the only way zinc restores testosterone? Can enough copper be absorbed thru skin (shower) to reduce test levels?

I would think that it would have more to do with drinking the water. Of course, you could get tested for both minerals and see.
