New guy

Whats up growxxl team? I'm new here, but I am a member of several other boards w/ the same screen name (alin board). I am 29 yo, been lifting tough since age 15 and I've been a gearhead since 21. I played baseball @ a pac10 school where I graduated from in 2020. I have always loved the atmosphere of the gym; litfting for size/strength, but It really became a passion of mine when my days of competitive ball were done. Brief stats...6ft/220-225lbs/ bf around 10%, less during summer mo. I am a fitness consultant for a major health club based out of AZ in my professional life and I call Seattle home.
