too hot

is it just me or do guys find that the heat has been a little much. Iknow that last summer was really hot too, but I am in southern ontario and man, I can't even sit out in my backyard. I amalways sweating and therefore taking like 3-4 showers a day sometimes.

It all depends on my schedule, but I usually train in the afternoon or early evenings. How about you?

ya im way down south in ontario and it was HOT here, we hit humidity that it was unbearable to stand outside
