If you want mass and strength you may want to take a conventional approach. More sets per bodypart with a longer rest peroids between sets.
Standard dose is 200mgs of caffeine 20-25mgs of eph and .81mgs of asprin. Altough when I used to run eca I also perferred 50mgs eph.
