I was going to put this in the General section, but some one just started a new thread. Here is the story: I can remember when I was about 13 years old My nipples would hurt so bad that my shirt could not even touch them. I never thought about it them, or talked about it. This lasted on and off for about two years, and then when I was 17 it just stopped. I got fat when I was about 15, and have had major issues about my chest. I started training at 17, and lost most of my fat, but to me they still looked as shitty as ever. My nipples are never sore any more and I pinched those bastards as hard as I could to see if something came out, and nothing did. How do I know if it is Gyno, or fat?

pinch your nipple & pull away from the muscle...if there is a knot under the skin where you pinched then there is gyno there...

if you have had a problem since you were young, your insurance should take care of the surgery to have the knots removed...

i have a problem with gyno as well & have to keep an eye on it constantly...aromasin seems to do the trick though!
