What dosages for herbal PCT?

I would ram it all down your throat like it's going out of fashion. Since it's herbal it can't be as effective as the stronger stuff.

First off I've never tried your idea before. But IMO I would use clomid and nolva. With proper PCT I've been able to keep nearly all my gains post cycle. I'd stick to what works, but that is me.

if youve got it, id take it in ADDITION TO nolva clomid for PCT.....cant hurt.. just hit up a gram of each when you wake up and when you go to bed...maybe at lunch to if it gives you your jollies

a gram of each dint really do much for me...i used tribex enough to take 4grams a day..thas like ~13caps a day cuz 3=750mg i think. i had a few extra bottles so i dint really care how much i took...i did notice good effects but i was natural.. for the amount of money your gonna spend on herbal pct, itd be more cost efficient just to order liquid research clomid or nolvs. Definitely agree with Stivard. depending on your cycle, dont sacrifice your gains.

Just curious because my bro tried it and kept almost all his gains without the clomid sides. I also saw alot of bros on Elite use it with success also.
