Does anyone else experience this?
I use 1iu in the morning and 1iu at night and I get bloated to the tune of 5-8 pounds within 4 days.....I stop and within a couple days Im pretty shredded again....this seems antagonistic to my goals!!!

Is it your first time on that?

I used it b4, but didnt notice the bloat...I did notice that it made my left index finger numb, which is the water constricting nerves(probably in the shoulder) thus extending to the finger.
These are sides I dislike.
I cant tell what benefits Im getting that outweigh the sides. I notice little difference in body composition when Im off, other than feeling a bit leaner due to the bloat leaving. HGH is an unimpressive substance I think. Even used synergistically with test, I dont notice the benefits everyone raves about.

Dude I can gain 4 or 5lbs in a day on HGH and muscle pumps are unbelievable. I find taking something to reduce water retention helps.

What do you use to reduce water retention ?

I'm in agreement with you bro, I think hgh is over rated.

I also bloat from hgh.

Going with 10iu EOD was giving to many sides like carpal tunnel and 3-5 kg water retention. Taking lasix will reduce the eudema but water come back again next time you inject the gh.

Going with 2iu ED taken in the morning my bloat is minimal, but with that low dose i dont think you get any benefit from the hgh.

Also i belive hgh is way to high rated.
Have being on jins since dec 2005 and dont see the fatburning effects of it. Perhaps some better pump and better recovery it will give me.

What about the high dose method? 10 i.u. post workout 2x per week. I believe this method is used for muscle growth exclusively, not bodyfat reduction.

God Bel....MORE pronounced?! DAMN.
It seems that even if one is a bit low on the HGH or igf-1 levels in their bloodwork that the benefits dont outweigh the deficits...would you agree Bellina?

?? I would assume that's a one time weight gain, or every day you gain 4-5 lbs on 1 iu of GH??

Yes sir MORE!

My own personal opinion? I think hGH is overpriced and over rated. A lot of people talk about it like it's some sort of magic drug. The only way people really get effects from is with high dosage and by using with slin and stacking it with aas. I mean the pros are doing like 20ius a day.

Sure if you are using it for anti aging then great but as far as muscle gain and fat loss I think it's over rated. Many people are under the impression they can use it alone to gain muscle and then they are sadly disappointed.
