Been reading a few posts on bodybuilding sites saying they shoot G.H i.m and not s.q is this ok ? or is it for specific site growth and reovery for a certain muscle group?

some poor quality GH needs to be IM'd in order to reduce site inflammation when administered SQ. It might have been Somatorm or something similar to that by Pharmacia El Ramoz that required this. Other than that I dunno.

as i recall, we posted some studies on this and it seemed that the are under the curve was larger with im injections. that means that more gh is available to your system.
