Hi all Ok I'm just starting week 4 of my Deca/Dbol cycle. 300 Deca/wk and I started with 25mg Dbol/day. After 4 days went to 37.5mg/day ( I have the Mex 25mg tabs). After week two I went to 50 MG/day Dbol. So far so good. Good pumps gained about 12 pounds and arms are measuring about 1" bigger. BTW I'm taking nolva also. Well now I'm getting pain/tightness in my lower back. Really bad while training back and it lasts the rest of the next day. I've also noticed some cramps in the back of my neck. So the question is Will this get better/worse? Should I be concerned or just work through it? Should I lower the Dbol dosage? BP is fine @ 174/25. I'm 40 yrs old 5'7" 202lbs first cycle and tryin' to drink lots of water. Thnx Riff

The last time I used Dbol I was plaing in a hockey league and I would get the worst back pains and shin pains. Basically you just have to work through it. It lasted the whole time I took them, but went away shortly after I stoped taking them. Cole Kingsly

It's just from the pump. I used to HATE walking across the border down to TJ because I'd always be in work shoes/boots and I'd have to stop and rest a couple times while walking across the bridge b/c the pump in my calves hurt like hell.

dbol is very hard on your kidneys aswell as your liver. If u are experiencing lower back pain on both sides of your spine its probably due to your kidneys giving u grief. Drink more water as stated above, and when u stop the dbol, it will stop too.

Thnx folks I saw a lot of good info in the archieves... should of looked there first I guess. Anyway sounds like good advice. I actually skipped my PM dose yesterday and by this morning most of the pain was gone. I'll play with the dosage and see if I can't find something I can live with. Thnx Again Riff
