Nizoral questions.

I told my pharmacist the other day that I was using Nizoral to combat DHT at the scalp. The pharmacist just looked at me like I had a third eye growing out of my head. He told me it was dangerous stuff, use it only for what it's labeled for. Now I realize these are intensely conservative people when it comes to dispensing advise, but I held it as accepted wisdom that Nizoral was being used more and more for DHT/Androgen blocking at the scalp.How much, and how often do you guys use Nizoral? Have you ever noticed any BAD sides? I haven't.Is the pharmacist just misinformed? Or overly cautious?
