nah it isn't harsh at all IMO. I have been on it for a few days, 45 mg/day and I got slight headaches the first 2 days and now I am fine. No pain, drinking lots of water and frequently urinating. I feel fine.

45 mg doesn't do anything negative, how high would you take it? Like what's a good dose?
